Alan Kitching - the art of letterpress
BBC Culture
"These letters which are 100's of years old, all they have ever seen in their lifetime is black ink."
We visited the letterpress artist Alan Kitching at his London studio to film him at work. Alan works with crate loads of old typefaces to create colourful prints, magazine and newspaper covers and other artworks. Clemency Burton-Hill talks to him about his practice in this short film for BBC.com.
